Linux Packaging Maven Plugin : 1.1.1

Version 1.1.1 of the Linux Packaging Maven Plugin is released.

Fixes #7 : It should be possible to create a debian package without additional files in the src/main/resources/deb folder which implies that the src/main/resources/deb does not have to exist.

The plugin artifact is published to Maven Central Maven Central.
